An expert in XR technologies with over 15 years experience, Dr. Lionel Jayaraj holds a PhD in VR Games Development. Chase VR Cricket is the result of his extensive research and
Immersive Nexus is his vision. A seasoned academic and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), he brings vision and industry insight that guide the company’s long-term growth in AI, XR, and next-generation immersive solutions.

Roland Butcher is a pioneering figure in international cricket, celebrated as the first Black cricketer to represent England. He brings over 16 years of professional experience, including leadership roles such as coach, selector, and Director of Sports at UWI. At Immersive Nexus, he advises on applying immersive technology to sports training and fan engagement, helping create innovative, inclusive XR
experiences.

McDonald’s. Emmanuel brings a unique blend of hands-on leadership and academic insight.
